"I think it is a training issue for the staff, not quality of the product. I was disappointed when the server spilled almost all of my hot fudge out of my hot fudge sunday. I should have asked her to pump some in a separate cup to replace it, as the hot fudge is the point! As she continued to wipe the mess off the outside of the cup, she wrongfully (knowingly? assured me there was plenty in the cup. There was none...Message: Be brave and speak up when observing issues to help inexperienced employees and you, the paying customer!"
