"I found the service delightful. I wish they had some pictures on their menu. I found the food delicious, but after 40 years of Tex-Mex and New-Mex, not what I was used to. The Super Nachos were meat-rich and delicious. The Fajita Mix on the other hand was just a bit disappointing. It had lots of meat, as promised, but was all beef despite a promise of beef, chicken and shrimp. It also was very short on things like bell pepper and onion which I consider essential. (Again, 40 years in Texas. Also, I always thought the meat should be cooked then sliced and hit with a bit of lime juice, rather than sliced and then seared, although that is the form you usually find in the butcher's case. The Mexican Rice was delicious, but again, lacked bell pepper. The beans had a good flavor, and mixed with cheese, but seemed to be run through a blender rather than mashed. The cups of salsa included with the meal (both red and green were delicious. For this far from the border, they do pretty darn good."
