"the second time here. first was a date night with hubby and this time was a long overdue lady night with friends I had not seen in over 2 years. viinoteka 46 is a winner all around. they love their menu of small plates to share with their group, or choose what they want and keep it for themselves. the service was both super scenic, this time the owner was here and incredibly gracious and courteous in us throughout the night checked to make sure everything went well. really loved eating and drinking again. they have a pretty creative weeping list that they can decide to pour 3 ounces (vs a 6 ounce full glass to build their own weeping that is so much fun. (That was the first time I went with hubby. this time there was a live band that played classics and 80s hits, and the noise level was perfect, not too loud (we could hear each other talking and talk and not too quietly perfect background music to set the scene for the evening. the place started to fill 7:30 clock. nice that we came there early and get our selection at seats that are all comfortable, by the way. nice bar menu and some fun cocktails that I need to take a more serious look next time. This time was a Christmas. loved every minute and will definitely be back! love the atmosphere here."
