"We made a reservation through open table for 6:30 on Saturday evening. When we arrived, we stood at the hostess stand for at least 5 minutes without ever being acknowledged by any staff. The place was full over football fans yelling and milling about. This place should not offer reservations when they are a sports bar and don’t have any place for you to sit when you arrive. I really wanted to try their food, but not in that crazy environment. We couldn’t hear each other speak! We left without eating, after being ignored. Very disappointed."
