"While I worked in Doylestown, PA, I had the opportunity to have dinner in the English pub part of this beautiful restaurant. And I sat at the bar at Heart of Oak Pub, which is located on the lower floor below the main restaurant. There are several different environments to have a meal, including on the balcony, and in a large yard occupied with tables and parasols, and illuminated in the evening. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with Provolone cheese, paprika and onions $0.75 per extra), which comes with fries. Service was great and fast. The food came very quickly and was perfectly cooked; the bread was crisp and light, the cut ribeye almost melted in the mouth and was perfectly seasoned. The frits were crisp and not oily and came with ketchup. The restaurant serves traditional English dishes as well as Nordic and American. There was a wide selection of beer on tap as well as wine and spirits. For the quality of food, the price was very reasonable and the restaurant can accommodate very large groups."
