"We normally complain about food prices this high, but if “you get what you pay for” is true, then it’s justified here. The chef must be first rate our dishes were fantastic. Rich sauces, cooked perfectly, beautifully presented. Wow. We had the scallops and ciopino, and paid for the homemade bread. Highly recommended. On the other hand, the drink costs are absurd, and the interior bland. But go eat there, and ignore the rest. BTW, the service was incredible."

"The location is great and so was the food. So I said I was pretty deceived when we celebrated my wife's birthday and I called and ordered a dessert with candle and everything that will be brought out as a surprise after dinner. They took dessert menus, so I thought they were forgotten, we ended and asked for the bill. When they saw it on the bill, they brought out a clumsy, but it felt like a reflection. In the end, I would go back there, as the food was really good, but I don't think I would celebrate everything, as my advanced enquiries were basically forgotten until the meal was over. *With the exception of the host, the birthday said when she sat."

"We came for my boyfrienda birthday. It was extremely disapppointing. The food was awful and over priced. There was also limited selection. The caesar salad was terrible and full of the ier yellow lettuce that made it bitter. I hadnt been to the restaurant for years and it has significantly gone down hill. I was speaking to an acquaintance and he had the same opinion.Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forget to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he did give it.Truly was a waste of moey but more importantly ruined the birthday celebration."

"Never been to Moto. A bit put off initially by the hostess staff whom seemed to lack maturity. This staff initially seated my wife and I at a table adjacent to the kitchen; which was noisy. Prior to being seated I asked to be moved to a quieter table and the hostess seemed put off. Despite the existence of numerous vacant booths I was told they were unavailable and I suggested that my wife and I would simply go elsewhere. Moto is a bit pricey and we wanted to enjoy a quieter experience. Ended up seated in the bar which turned out to be nice. Plenty of room and not as noisy as one may expect. Robert, our waiter, did an outstanding job. Full working knowledge of the menu and very engaging. An absolute pleasure to work with. Great attitude. The food experience was great. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals which included salad, pasta, wine and bread. Very nicely done and appreciated Robert’s insight into the various dishes. Refreshing. We certainly will visit again and hope that the hostess staff just had an off night. Definitely will seek out Robert. Thank you,"

"Awesome ? Italian food Great Service. IL Venetian is owned by the same people that own the Marble Room downtown, however this sister restaurant is a fancy Italian food restaurant and not just a steakhouse. I took my wife here for her birthday this year and the food did not disappoint. We both felt like we were eating at some fancy Italian restaurant in Chicago or New York City, but nope we were in downtown Cleveland. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and will take the time to walk through everything on it. This is definitely a great restaurant to take your significant other on a nice date or special occasion and feel like you are eating downtown in a big city. Get the Gnocchi and try there meatballs you will not regret it. 10/10 would go recommend and eat there again!"

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"We were extremely excited to go here to celebrate a special occasion with a large group. While we are grateful they allow for large groups, our food was far from exceptional for the prices that we paid. The pasta was undercooked and still a little hard, seafood shells were still floating around in the pasta (I could've chipped a tooth), the oil in they used for some was clearly cheap and slathered over the pasta, and I can easily say my Eastern European mother makes better linguini and clam sauce out of a can than what they had served. We mainly munched on bread the whole night since that was the best thing that was served and it's all we had for the first 1.5 hours while we waited for our food. We are GREATLY disappointed about the price we paid for the portions to be sub par and the food not to be worth it. Save your money and get the unlimited breadstick deal from Olive Garden. PS. Not to complain more, but the food waiter making fun of my Minnesota accent was absolutely unnecessary."

"Went here for a restaurant week dinner with friends. We were seated quickly after they checked our vaccination cards. I got the polpette as the first course, half chicken as the second and chocolate budino as the final course. My friend got the ceasar salad, branzino and tiramisu. The chicken was a little less seasoned than what I prefer. The other dishes were pretty good. The servers were very attentive. We also got a couple glasses of wine which were great. The restaurant is on a pricier side for their offering."

"This restaurant is a hidden jewel in Atlanta. We were in Atlanta for the OU/LSU playoff game and found this restaurant had a time slot after the game. We made the reservation through Open Table. The food was excellent and the service was very good. Sam, our server, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. After our trip, we all rated this our favorite meal. The wine selection is very good and there is free valet parking. I would highly recommend this hidden jewel when visiting Atlanta. The fish special was red snapper and was excellent."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. "We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant for our anniversary. We decided to share several dishes, and our server, Adam, offered excellent recommendations that ensured we enjoyed every bite. We started with the lamb bocconcini, which was incredibly flavorful. I was surprised to discover that lamb could be cooked medium rare, but it was simply amazing. The sauce on the pappardelle was outstanding, and the pork was cooked to perfection. The mushroom cappelletti was rich yet delightful, making it perfect for sharing. I also tried the Nebbia bianca cocktail, which was the ideal summer drink—refreshing and citrusy. As a lovely gesture for our anniversary, they surprised us with a complimentary strawberry sorbet, which was a wonderful touch! On a Friday evening, we noted that there was a long wait for patio seating, and the indoor area was mostly booked with reservations, so I highly recommend planning ahead. The dining area has a beautiful aesthetic that adds to the overall experience."

"The ambiance, both indoors and outdoors, is stunning. The drink selection is excellent—I sampled several wines from their menu, and each one was delightful. For appetizers, our group ordered the salmon flatbread and deviled eggs topped with caviar, both of which were delicious. For our main courses, we had mac and cheese with chicken, spaghetti carbonara, and the fish of the day, and we enjoyed tasting each other’s dishes. They were all outstanding. Our server, Ryan, was fantastic and made the evening even better. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"We were very disappointed in this restaurant-food was outstanding, but the service was extremely slow. I would like to say that our waiter was very friendly but it appeared that there were only two in waitstaff with owners filling in. We waited and waited for someone to take our order and finally someone came over. The time in between courses was lengthy. My husband ordered mushroom appetizer that never came(it was not on the bill. It is such a shame, since the food was absolutely delicious! We realize covid has hit the industry very hard, but with so many other choices in Bergen County, this would not be our first choice."

"Last night was an extraordinary experience! Chef Marco (also owner) has taken this long standing establishment to the next level of dining! First of all Chef Marco came over to our table and welcomed us back. We felt so special and opened to the new adventure instead of holding onto the past that one of our favorite old restaurants… was gone for good and nothing could come close to the old Marco Polo Ristorante. With Chef Marco’s generosity and confidence directing us to some of the wonderful dishes on the menu, assuring us we were in good hands, especially for one of our guests (who has food allergies). He guided us to some excellent choices then turned us over to his wonderful wait staff that gave us a memorable time. We ate, we drank, we laughed, sharing wonderful memories with old friends! "Disappointing experience for our reservation of four. A beautiful resort and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. Has a grand feel to it. The patio is nice but not like the inside of the restaurant. Out of 15 tables on the patio, one table was occupied. They sat us right next to the occupied table of four and a baby. Baby was adorable. Not a biggie, but certainly not smart. A little smaller than a baseball size burrata came served with two small triangles of bread for a table of 4? Again, not the end of the world, but certainly not thoughtful. Run of the mill forgotten beverages, slow service, etc. The waiter was a nice young guy, doing the best he could but had not been trained properly. Again, not a huge deal. Food seemed of decent quality, portions were OK on some dishes and ridiculously small on others. Some of the flavors, sauces were odd. If I were eating at a $15-$20 plate restaurant I just chalk it up to that kind of experience. But at $100 a head we expect and deserve more. This is not a one off experience, this is the fourth or fifth time I’ve eaten at this restaurant, and it’s been the same type of thing each time. It’s a bummer, because it looks and has the feel of a very special place."

"it was Sunday, 15th January, eating was great. the service was completely unacceptable. when we were sitting, they did not tell us that there was an event that could affect the time of the meal. the server came by to ask one of the guests who wore kokain. then we had to ask for our menus. we ordered at 7:20 and at 7:50 we asked where our first cure was. he then told us that he set the order around 7:39 because he first asked about a few we had put over the menu that had to put the cook. we got our appetizers around approx. 8:10 We received our main course at 8:35 and were able to order a dessert and coffee. frustration in the attempt to make an update on eating safe for a less than positive experience. he was quite strange and really made for a rare not excellent experience"

"I came with friends last February for a birthday dinner had an incredible experience so much so, that we all agreed to come back to celebrate the next friend birthday in July. The experience the 2nd time, unfortunately, just didnât compare from a service perspective. Despite clearly putting in the reservation notes that this was a birthday celebration, there was no acknowledgement of this until prompted. For our February birthday visit, we were greeted with small glasses of sparkling wine, which we didnât order but were such a special and wonderful touch! This time, nothing. In February, a complimentary dessert was presented, with a candle at the end of the meal. This time, a dessert menu was presented to the table, without acknowledgement of the birthday. When reminded (a second time) that we had a birthday, the server did bring out a dessert to share. For the price we paid for dinner here (and we chose a fairly pricey wine of which we had two bottles), I expected better of this experience and was sadly disappointed. Perhaps the server was having a bad day and he wanted to be elsewhere? Thatâs the way it felt to me. I wanted to like this restaurant as much the 2nd visit as I did the first, but that was not the caseâ¦"

"Seemed like it would be a cool place, and it had a good looking menu online. Made a reservation for 6. When we got there, we were told they were 'really busy ' so we had to sit in the hotel free breakfast area. While that wasn 't the end of the world, we also were originally told that the hotel buffet was our only option to eat. When pressed, the server (who was VERY nice and friendly) got 'approval ' from someone to allow us to order from the menu. Food was just above average, but not quite as good as we expected from what we saw online. Maybe had we been 'in the restaurant ' our experience would have been better, but it 's doubtful that we 'd ever return."
