"We were excited to see that Morton Grove planned to expand and add more dining space. However, when we stopped by recently, we noticed that not only were the few tables missing (and they have been for some time), but there were signs indicating we couldn't use the dining counter. We were also told we couldn't access the freezer for frozen empanadas to take home. The place was cluttered with supplies, and there were numerous signs saying, "Do Not Touch" and "Employees Only." Overall, we didn't feel welcome at all, even though we were there to spend our money. We likely would have purchased more, but the unwelcoming atmosphere really put us off. It's disappointing to see such a stark contrast from when this place first opened."

"Pizza is good and I tend to be very critical on pizza (NY native). Got the boneless BBQ wings, and they were a little too sweet for my taste. They weren't bad, they just had a little too much sauce on them. Also, seemed like they were struggling with organization in there. Board said my food was done, but it took a minute before it actually got put into the pickup area. Nobody wears masks, I guess because they're behind glass shields, but then they come out to talk to you so it defeats the purpose. And the cooks aren't wearing masks either, so the hope is that no one has a cold, or the flu, or COVID or something else while breathing on your food."

"I have placed an online order via Toppers website with delivery of Toppers at 8:01PM. I received a text saying that my order is delivered at 21:02. At 9:03 I still did not receive my order, so I checked the tracking and it said my order was delivered at 8:36PM. I'll call the place I ordered, and it was said that they don't have any delivery drivers to hand my order to the door. So they took my money and ran and I got nothing. I talked to the manager who offered me a new order, but it was too late at this point, so I asked for a refund. He took my phone number and told me he would check with the owner and return to me in ten minutes. Well, that never happened so that they took my money and I didn't get any of their disregard or ignorance? I guess my next step is a call to Toppers companies to file a formal complaint. I enjoy toppers, but this brings me an end to running any future business with any topper facilities! I would like to add a photo, but I have never received my order even photograph"

"I ordered while checking out at Target down the street and they told me 10-15 minutes. When I got there my pizza was coming out of the oven but they told me they had to run my wings back through otherwise it won't be done. Weird. I asked for ranch and never got it. I got some kind of buttery sauce instead. I didn't think I would need to double check my food before I left since I was literally the only customer in the store the entire time I was there. My wings were sooo dry, not saucy at all as you can see in the picture. The pepperoni pizza was gross. I'm not a Toppers fan, I was only going because that's what my family wanted to eat. It's a no for me from now on. Totally disappointed. My family didn't even finish the pizza and wings. W left it at the hotel."
