"To be fair we were here on Christmas Day… however our server literally avoided us. It took a hour (11:15-12:10) to get our drinks, in that time our order was not taken and the waters were not refilled. We were meeting family we hadn’t seen in years for two hour before their flight but we didn’t get to order food in that time, luckily they messed up and brought two of one of the drinks because they didn’t come back to ask if anyone else wanted anything so only three of the five of us had drinks. Great environment to chat which is good because it’s all we got to do. When half the party left (12:50) our server came over and asked if we were ready to order, we were ready to leave. Totally ordered; five drinks one appetizer total brought to table; three drinks."

"Been here twice and never like their hamburgers. It’s always dry and tasteless. They won’t cook any other way. If you like your hamburger rare or medium rare, you can forget about it. Only well done. Reservation is a joke. We made a reservation for 11:30am and didn’t get table until 11:55am. They kept seating party of 2 and 4 and these were walked in customers. They kept telling us it will be 10 minutes and after almost half an hour later we had a talk with a manager and they finally sat us down for party of 8. I only come here because some of my family members like eating here. Maybe I’ll try something different next time but not the hamburgers. Twice is enough for me. Or maybe just skip this place. BTW. Skip the double patties burger. They’re are the same size as the single patty burger. Ridiculous. Wish I had taken the pic of the double patties burger side by side with the single patty. Basically, single patty burger slice In half and they called double. Of course, they charged you more. Other reviews also mentioned about this double patties burger."

"Date night. Came here to eat oysters and have a great dinner with drinks. The oysters obviously change and the oysters they had when we went were just ok but that’s a personal preference. They’re served with good homemade cocktail sauce, some onions vinaigrette, and lemon. We ordered the fried octopus (calamari) as the app and they were good, drizzled with balsamic and tossed with some cute and tasty red peppers that look like gumdrops. I ordered the (popular) potato sea bass that comes with shiitake mushrooms and asparagus, my meal was delish, just wish I had carbs lol. My bfs meal was the filet mignon, ps they have alot of meat la besides seafood and the filet according to the waitress so ask if interested, his 8oz filet was served with 3 potatoes and asparagus, his meal was nothing special just Ok. Our drinks were also good my bf ordered the jammin something made with rum and I had a drink with Brazilian lemonade both tasty. Our waitress was amazing, super informative, helpful, the staff that helps is also great. We had a great date. Next time I really want to try their fried bc the description says duck fat, parsley, I’m sold, their risotto and mashed potatoes."

"During our first visit, all of our food arrived cold, and it seemed like our waitress was more focused on the table ordering drinks than on any of her other customers. Although the food did taste good, we decided to give it another chance three months later. This time, we were seated outside in 100°F heat, even though there were plenty of available tables inside. After 15 minutes without menus or water, it felt like they had completely forgotten about us. Ultimately, we left after waiting half an hour with still no server coming to take our order. As we were leaving, the hostess who seated us was quite rude and sarcastic, leaving us with the impression that this was intentional. I really wanted to like this restaurant, but after two disappointing experiences, I can't recommend it. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but I understand that everyone has bad days—twice in a row, however, is just unacceptable."
