"Unfortunately, if you pay for food here, this establishment can decide whether or not to actually provide what you paid for. You can submit all the complaints, follow the links, and even email with customer care to no avail. They don’t mind ripping off their customers!! The way I see it, they will play the long game until you forget that you’ve been stolen from. Id like to have someone contact me personally instead of through your online portal which goes nowhere. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No wonder people are staying home and keeping their money. Despicable."
