"We went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day and opted for the special menu. When we arrived for our reservation, we were asked to wait 20 minutes, which was not a huge inconvenience. However, what was frustrating was that a couple without a reservation arrived and demanded immediate seating and service. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, as our waitress was also taking care of the bar. Despite having a reservation for 7:30pm, we did not receive our main course until 9pm. It was especially frustrating because our appetizer was just a small portion of quail egg and salad, leaving us hungry. To make matters worse, the couple without a reservation received their food before us."
