"I made a reservation prior to arriving at the hotel, but when I got there, they informed me that the iPad system was down. As a result, I had to go back the day before my reservation to make another booking for the same time and date. When I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait about 25 minutes just to be seated. There was a long line that extended down the stairs. All in all, it took about 45 minutes before we were finally seated. The restaurant definitely needs more staff, but the food was enjoyable."
