"We have visited Gusto Jax three times before and were hoping it would become our favorite Italian restaurant. The service, as always, was excellent. Unfortunately, one of our dishes was terrible while the other was delicious, as is usually the case. The lasagna seemed to have been frozen before being reheated, resulting in a mushy mess of pasta and cheese with minimal traces of meat. I take responsibility for not addressing the issue immediately. The waitress later explained that she would have gladly replaced the lasagna, which I believe to be true. Despite this, I continued to eat it, foolishly hoping it would improve, but it did not. I was hesitant to write this review because I like the restaurant and the staff, but to be honest, one dish was wonderful while the other was disappointing. I will give them another chance."
