"As regular customers who used to enjoy this establishment, we were disappointed during our recent visit. We waited for 30 minutes to receive two bagels with cream cheese. The staff’s attitude was off-putting, as they mentioned being busy due to a catering order and it being Father's Day. It might be wise to avoid taking large catering orders during peak morning hours or require advance notice for such orders. Additionally, prioritizing larger orders for later pickup could help manage the flow better. Perhaps improving staffing levels would also be beneficial. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning."
