"We experienced extremely poor service during our visit. Our waitress, Mariah, was condescending, rude, and dismissive. When we asked for the manager, a young man named Brandon came over, but instead of addressing our concerns, he let the waitress air her grievances about us. It was unbelievable. She smirked while we expressed our complaints and even laughed with her coworkers, clearly talking about us while we were waiting to leave. We will not be returning. The food was mediocre; the chicken wasn’t blackened and served cold. Additionally, the restrooms were unacceptable—no toilet paper, overflowing trash cans, and soap everywhere at the sink. I would recommend choosing a different restaurant!"
