"Made special reservations to take our 7year old granddaughter because she wanted to eat in an igloo. Received a call from Josh (I believe) telling us about the unfortunate wind storm that knocked down the outdoor area. After explaining why we were coming he promptly asked me to keep the reservation and let him see what he could do for us. We were overjoyed when arriving we were taken to the only igloo left standing. Josh continued with his great service while we sat enjoying the igloo singing to Christmas music and enjoying the downtown atmosphere. Thank you to XOLO for helping us make another Christmas memory!"
