"the service is good, the food....It is not so much. seems as if they cut corners to make it cheaper. salsa tastes like tomato sauce from a glass, the whole bark swimming in fat, and its version of a chile relleno was only bark meat on a dish with small pieces pfeffer in it. not impressed."

"Food was cold, the tacos are not traditionally and properly made. They were dry and had no flavor. We ordered 30 for $30. They came out in 5 minutes. The meat was cold and pretty sure it was made days prior and just reheated. All three got sick and still are sick. Have stomachaches. They should get inspected, never going there again unless it to sue them. People don't eat from here please. My mother is still sick and honestly should be closed down. I threw it all up after eating. My mother did not throw up, so she feels worse than i do. Ill keep you guys updated."

"I hired this team to cater an important event at my company in November 2021. Kevin, who handled the catering, was very professional and tackled any challenges with enthusiasm. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. After that experience, I decided to visit their Elizabeth location to see how it was. Unfortunately, the staff was not as friendly or engaged, although the food remained good. I really enjoy their dishes, but they need to work on their customer service smiles! Good service is crucial for survival, especially during this pandemic when so many restaurants are struggling. Don't let your attitude drive customers away!"

"This place is not standing out from outside in order to be noticeable for the passerby?s attentions. It is constructed as low cost eatery as one enters the restaurant; paint jobs needed on walls, etc. Minus one star. Waitresses are friendly although they lack of fluency in English? Spanish speaking most of them. Menu given to you is in a 5?-8? color printed paper hot plastic coated but separated. In contrast menu needs to be redone. Menu items are better set up than the menu book itself. Prices are attracting. Wait time for our 4 tacos and bowl of burritos was around 15 minutes on that quiet night which was OK. We were a quad-connected trays of hot sauces though not chips! They sat on table throughout the entire waiting time. Why serve that without anything to eat it with? A good question. Our Corona was relatively cheap comparing the similar restaurant late night around it. Food was great surprisingly. Tasty and one wouldn?t leave anything behind at the end of the meal. Checks were brought in with a wifi pay machine and machine were left at the table for us to complete our own transaction. : I see some serious lack of waiting staff training there. That took a star off.. In overall, my experience is a satisfying at the end of the night. I recommend to those who are seeking a safe late night restaurant which doesn?t look like a Spanish bar, have nice food and leave happy. On the photos, it show a stark buriito bowl and tacos with condiments that sat all night on our table."

"I was craving Mexican food, so I decided to order from this restaurant. I called ahead and ordered the vegetable fajitas. When I arrived, I found street parking nearby. I walked in and my order was being prepared. A friendly woman handed me my food and I left. Once I got home, I enjoyed the meal and especially liked the chips. The vegetable fajitas were decent, but I thought they could have included more variety of vegetables besides just peppers, onions, and beans. Overall, my experience was satisfactory."

"I wish I didn?t have to write this because I?ve been going to this place for a while and never had a problem. Food always good and the staff is friendly, but today I ordered my Gringos tacos with shrimp, which come with shrimp, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. This is what I received. Tacos with shrimp, some type of disgusting melted cheese and an avocado. Unfortunately for me I didn?t check my box when the girl gave it to me because I never had a problem with my order and I was rushing. You can imagine my disappointment when I opened it at work and had to throw it out and order from somewhere else, because it was not edible. Wasted $10 and 20 minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED"

"I went to Taqueria Los Güeros (176 Bloomfield Ave., Bloomfield) for the first time to get take out last night and was really disgusted by the odor and overall dirtyness of the place. The floors were greasy in places and sticky in others, kitchen garbage was visible on the floor in the main eating/waiting area, the hoods appeared as tho they'd never been cleaned and the whole place smelled faintly of urine. My husband was unfazed by all this and wanted to proceed with ordering the food. It was not very good very greasy with large chunks of fat. I was awoken at 2am with severe stomach pains and issues. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. In fact, I've sent my concerns to the Bloomfield Department of Health. Hopefully this place will clean itself up so no one else gets sick."

"I wrote a review two years ago and the service is STILL terrible . I been trying to give local business a chance especially during the pandemic but this will be the last time ever I’m giving u guys business . I order the special chicken tacos and when I received it it has no onions or cilantro .. I called and they said no refund or Anything . The girl looked young and probably not in charge but the fact that I gave u guys chances and still can get a simple taco special right is ridiculous. How did u expect to give someone tacos with no anything and expect us to be satisfied and when I call there is no refunds and didn’t offer a new batch of tacos and the cook knew and couldn’t warn us about the onions or anything . Everyone do not get your tacos here is not worth it all . I gave this place multiple times I’m Done . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME"

"I loved their tamales. The chicken and pork were pretty good although their masa is the same as the one used in their pupusas so its on the softer side but good flavor. Then I had asado in salsa verde…it was good and rare to find that food in Mexican restaurants. Their gorditas are deep fried and that is the way I love them. I got it with asado de puerco rojo/verde."
