"Came here to have a nice time with my girls. I would say an average place. Nothing special at all. Waiter kept rushing us to order. We were there just after 10. Anyways, food came after a 10 min wait, I would say. It was not all that extraordinary. Just some average food I would say. The pancakes were very dry. No flavor. Have to give a slobber of syrup to have some flavor and making it unhealthy. Waffle was also crusty and dry. The butter or whatever on the top was yuck. Felt like having some ultra processed fat. Eggs was good and filling. Had a lot of veggies. Did not want the side then took some fruits. Seasonal crepes were tiny compared to other crepe places. But the price was way too much- Nutella and banana and strawberries cost $9.99. Ridiculous! The egg cost $14.29 !!! Atmosphere is ok. The guy in the grey tshirt maybe the manager works very hard to keep the place clean. Everything was clean and dry. Floor was clean too. Service was ok. With such a price menu you would expect to have your bill given nicely in a clip board at least. They just give the receipt in your hand and lurk around to see if we give any tips !!!Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian options but if you tell the waiter they will leave the meat out.Kid-friendliness: Have a few option for kids.Parking: Ample parking opportunity. Free.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair friends and special need friends."

"I am rating this particular location solely on its customer service. My boyfriend and I were greeted by a young man at the door whom by the way, had his pants sagging and we could see his underwear. Being both old school, we found his lack of professional business attire offensive. He seated us at one of the table booths with our menus and utensils. While waiting for our waiter/waitress, we reviewed the menu. 15 20 minutes later, we were still not greeted by our waiter/waitress assigned to our table. Three different waitresses/female employees passed our table several times, without asking if we would like a glass of water or something to drink. While there was a party of four young people seated next to us, being served their drinks while they’re still looking at their menus. That party came in the restaurant ten minutes after we arrived and were seated. Other patrons around us were being served and attended to, as well. Except for us. This triggered my boyfriend who experienced being ignored or not being served in restaurants in the past, due to being Black. This doesn’t mean that this was the reason why we were not served, but it triggered his prior negative experiences. So we decided to leave.I requested to speak with the manager running this restaurant. He came outside and I explained what happened. He apologized for the lack of professionalism of his employees and offered us a free meal. We declined his offer and informed him, we would’ve loved to enjoy a meal, but we will not be returning due to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism. It is inexcusable for Management trying to placate unhappy customers by giving a “free meal” for their employees’ lack of professionalism and need to start holding them accountable for their actions and behavior.Customer service is very important in running a business. It’s what helps sustain their patrons and makes the business successful. Management needs to readdress the importance of customer service and being professional. As for the food, I couldn’t rate the food since we didn’t have a waiter/waitress to order anything. We were really looking forward in enjoying a nice breakfast at this restaurant due to its highly positive ratings and left greatly disappointed."
