"fine dining?! mcdonald’s should then be considered as fine dining. food 0 service 0 I sent an email to a manager who could reach me because of our experience in the night when we did not answer. we had a terrible experience for my friend's birthday dinner, and we talked to the "manager on duty" carlos, who was also the bartender. we shared our sadness about the service tonight and received absolutely no respect and no answer except for “okay, pay the bill”. we never wanted to pay the bill, but expected recognition/responsibility for what happened. but carlos could say, okay. he was 1) obviously not the manager; or 2) non-trained manager because he did not act like one at all. I have never seen a manager behind the bar dressed in all black and no suit jacket in a fine restaurant. Moreover, carlos said that he was not able to come to our table because he was “very busy” when he had to come to the table to hear our sadness that would have taken only a few minutes from his time, it could have been solved. I told him if he took care of his customers, he said yes, I asked why he could not come past our table to talk to us, he said he was busy with the cash. our main complaint was that we asked for a table in the window. I understand that it first came to service for the first time. we asked blanca, our waitress, and she said no was available. we saw however two parties at empty tables next to the window 10 15 minutes later. the table behind us threatened to go if they did not move to the other table. I respect the service industry when I was once in this industry when I was younger. I do not think we need to leave threaten to meet our request or get good service. we have our food. disgusting. absolutely not eat fine, but eat more of moderate banquets that they must eat because they did not eat all day. we just saw"
