"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"I arrived just before closing time but received a warm welcome nonetheless. The restaurant was quite busy, and although the staff couldn't seat me immediately, they directed me to a table and assured me they would be right with me. The menu was extensive, and as a first-time visitor, I wasn't quite ready to order when they returned. By the time I placed my order and the food arrived, it was nearly closing time, but no one attempted to rush me. I almost ordered two dishes, as I'm often disappointed by the hype surrounding certain meals, but I'm glad I didn’t. The portion was generous and truly lived up to its promise! It was definitely worth the price. I appreciated that everyone received a knife, not just me, the outsider—made me chuckle!"

"Underwhelming My family and I ordered 2 kids chicken strips, 1 kids hamburger, a shepherd 's pie and the fish and chips. The portion of fries were tiny and the chicken strips consisted of ONE small chicken strip for 7.95! The fries were crisp but that 's about it. The hamburger was not a kids size burger by the looks of it. Rather an adult size hamburger with a thin burger patty. The patty had a good chargrilled flavor but was dry and was overwhelmed by the thick onion bun which tasted stale. My husbands Fish and chips were a disappointment. He recieved one thin fillet for 13.95 which he said had a decent flavor but not what he has had in the past from other pubs which usually give you at least two thick succulent portions of fish. The fries were crisp. My shepard 's pie was actually really good compared to everyone else 's meal. I 've had other shepard 's pie and this was not bad. Look, I understand that this is a pub and not a 5 star establishment, I get it, but if your going to serve food at least make it worth the $67 I 'm shelling out."

"Underwhelming and nothing special. Portions on the smaller size. Menu pretty limited. There’s no sides on the menu. Four of us shared two salads after having other appetizers prior to our entrees. Knowing we were sharing they just put the two salads down on the table and made no attempt to serve it or even provide a serving utensil so we could split the salad. Come on, in this caliber restaurant? For my entree I got a (tasty) piece of salmon and a rolled up zucchini on an otherwise empty plate. Dessert was yummy. Nothing heart about this meal except the price."

"We just stopped in for a drink and snacks, but we will definitely be returning for lunch because of their delicious sandwich salads. We really enjoyed our coffee, desserts, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The service was excellent and very helpful. The outdoor terrace area was lovely for al fresco dining."

"I decided to give this restaurant another try, but unfortunately, I experienced more of the same issues. The place feels disorganized, and no one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. It also appeared quite dirty. After flagging someone down, I placed an order for a ribeye steak. It took 15 minutes for a staff member to prepare it because they didn't have any ready. At $56, the portion was surprisingly small. I understand that prices have been rising, but this felt excessive. Normally, I don't focus on costs in my reviews, but I felt it necessary to mention because the steak was merely average. If you're looking for a good steak, I suggest heading to Uncle G's down the road; they have a full butcher shop with excellent options."

"Soooo I never leave reviews, but I had to for this place. First off, let me just give a huge hug and shoutout to our waitress. She was the most playful and kind waitress I have ever experienced. Regardless of how the food turned out, I would still say go here just for her. We went on a Friday, if that helps. My wife and I were on our honeymoon to the Pacific Northwest and were referred to this place. We almost chose to go to a different sushi spot and thank god we didn't. We made reservations and were 25 minutes late. Once we arrived, we were greeted by our waitress and right away, we felt we made the right choice coming here. She started joking with us and blaming me for why we were late and telling my wife that I will be paying for the meal and making sure my wife is taken care of. She just had a very playful personality but was still professional. It was just nice to see and experience a waitress that had human characteristics. The entire time she joked with us and joked about my soy allergy and said I am not allowed to have any soy sauce even though all they had was soy sauce. I played along with the joke and we all in all had the best time. Not to mention the food was incredible. We ordered via the website but we still paid normally (she brought us the check). When we left, she gave each of us a huge hug goodbye. Cant stress enough how much you have to experience this place."
