"I had a very disappointing experience with Bagels and Brew. Our company regularly orders food from there, but during my last order, I found a bug in my salad. I couldn’t identify it, but it made me feel quite ill afterward. When I called to speak with the manager and share my concerns, I was put in touch with the catering managers. Unfortunately, the connection was poor, and the conversation wasn't very productive. The catering managers responded quite rudely and did not apologize for the issue with the food. Their attitude suggested that they saw my complaint as just an attempt to get a free meal, as if I would take the time to call for a $10 meal or bagel. It’s important for restaurants to respect their regular customers and take their feedback seriously. When someone takes the time to report an issue, it should be seen as an opportunity for improvement. I assure you, I wouldn't have made a ten-minute call just for a free $10 meal. Please show more respect for your customers."
