"First time ordering here and last... placed order and paid online. I get a call about 10min after saying that no one is at their food truck today. (I didnt know it was a food truck) and food would be brought to location from their commissary. So order not placed yet...until confirming order. Still needed to be made, packed and delivered to location. Already sitting at location a car pulls up smoking a cigarette and parks. Finishes cigarette and smokes another, I assume another customer waiting for food. However it was the delivery driver. I then drove my truck to her to ask her if she had food, she said yes, handed it to me and left.I get home to unpack it and all the sides lids are off and spilling over, shrimp was burnt, chicken skin soggy and fries cold and soggy, no sauce or lemon for shrimp, no bbq sauce for pulled pork or chicken. I called 1st time to tell mngr about the smoking driver, he apologized, called back when our food was messed up, and text and no response.We eat out all the time and have had bad experiences, and never have posted a negative response, however this was the worst. Smoking all over our food while being delivered... and food not freshly made."
