"I decided to order a 12-slice pizza so I could enjoy it over several days without the hassle of cooking or grocery shopping (and burning gas!). I walked inside and was immediately greeted by two young men at the front. It seemed they were occupied with a computer issue or trying to set up a new program. One of them asked for my order, and after I made my selection, he informed me it would take about fifteen minutes. I took a seat at one of the tables.
Since I was trying Bona Pizza for the first time, I opted for a combination pizza. I believe combination pizzas are good indicators of a pizzeria's overall quality—if they can make a great combo, the rest of their offerings are likely tasty as well. After I ordered, the two young men went into the kitchen to prepare my pizza. Another pair of employees came out, but they were preoccupied on the phone, likely troubleshooting the same software issue. I mention this because some people might feel slighted not being greeted, but I was busy editing my book on my phone and understood they were dealing with a technical problem, so it didn’t bother me.
Exactly fifteen minutes later, one of the initial young men brought my pizza to my table with a friendly smile and a verbal thank you. When I got home, the pizza was hot and generously loaded with toppings. I took two photos of it in the box—one closer shot to capture the toppings and one to showcase its impressive size before tasting. And wow, was it delicious! The leftovers have been just as good. Even now, on June 5, I’m still enjoying it. I just popped some slices into my air fryer and hit the reheat button for five minutes, and they tasted as great as the day I ordered them!
Overall, I’m very impressed with their combination pizza—just look at the generous portions of meat and toppings! I will definitely return to try more items from their menu, which includes calzones and salads. Great job, Bona Pizza, and thank you for the fantastic combination pizza!"
