"In all fairness, I'd like to give some employees a 5 and others a swift kick in the behind. There's a number of new employees here, and I realize it takes time to learn a job However, there is no excuse for the lack of common sense and down right refusal to prepare a customer's order correctly. I'm almost positive this has led to a lot of waste, which is why their prices have doubled over the past year. Moreover, the quality is about half. Even if you return the order, they'll make it again the same way. What's good is, you can sample the coffee before you buy it, and depending on who is there, you might get a pretty good smoothie or shake."
