"We really enjoy dining at this restaurant, and have never been disappointed in the dishes we have chosen. The food is well prepared, the portions are generous to say the least, and the wait staff in our experience has always been friendly, efficient and warm. On this particular visit, we ordered one glass of the house Chianti, and I mentioned that we were going to split it. Our waitress accommodatingly brought the wine in two glasses. I ordered chicken piccata and my husband ordered chicken Parmesan, both of which were extremely generous portions. We each took half home. The price we felt was reasonable. We had made a reservation which was fortunate, because within a half hour of our arrival, the restaurant was filled to capacity."

"If the restaurant had paid attention to our reservation, I probably would have given it 5 stars. I met my daughter for her birthday lunch, as noted in the reservation, but it was never acknowledged. She arrived first and was seated at the worst table in the back of the restaurant next to the server station. Although I made the reservation that morning, it would have been nice if they had paid more attention. Despite the busy atmosphere, I would still recommend the restaurant for its food and value. However, attention to detail could greatly improve the overall experience."

"We had an amazing experience at Original Brooklyn Pizza for my son's baptism. The food was unbelievable, with dishes like chicken Francese, eggplant parmigiana, and Penne a la vodka that everyone raved about. In addition to our main dishes, we also received a tray of salad, garlic knots, and rolls. My father-in-law, who ordered a gluten-free chicken Marsala, said it was the best gluten-free Italian meal he had ever had. We will definitely be coming back for future events, as the price was also very reasonable."

"As New York is always chaotic so are many of the restaurants within and Ciao Bella occasionally is also. However, it isn't worth knocking a star off. The staff keeps the lines moving and the food is always fresh. Their Italian Sausage pizza is one of the best, if not the best, slicers that I have had anywhere from Chicago to Detroit to New York. Whenever I am in the city for work I always try and make a visit. I always recommend."

"Terrible customer service! I placed my online order at 6:45pm. It said it would be delivered by 7:37pm. At 7:50pm, I called the restaurant to find out the status. The woman who answered was extremely rude and informed me that my order had been canceled. I did not receive any notification of this and her reasoning was because the cooks were too tired . After I asked why I didn 't get a notification, she said oh well, what ya going to do? . This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, but my wife and I were excited to try a new place that looked like it would have good food. Since the woman (who I found out is the owner) doesn 't respect her customers, I definitely would not recommend going here."
