"We had a reservation and were seated right on time. It was minutes before anyone came to our table to greet us and ask if we would like something to drink. The drinks and bread were served in a timely manner. Of the two dinners, one was OK and one was less than OK. The serving size of the marginal one was small, and the sauce overpowered the fish and vegetables. After our dinner was served, nobody came to our table to ask if there was anything else we needed. Our water glasses were never refilled. We were never asked if we would like a second drink. We have been going to Arnie's for over years. It will probably be a very long time before we try it again."

"I absolutely love this place! I visit often during the summer. It’s the best spot in the area for soft serve ice cream. They offer around 75 different milkshake flavors. I always go for the avalanche, which is similar to a Dairy Queen Blizzard but even better, with a wider variety. I highly recommend it!"

"I could tell the food was delicious just by hearing the kitchen staff having fun and laughing. The atmosphere was fantastic! Next time, I'll ask for a table near the fireplace. This was my first visit, and I requested a window table near the TV so I could watch the football game."

"When I think about getting the Family Frozen treats I think of Nanabettes! It's a little bit of a ride for me but well worth it! Staff is always amazing and the ice cream is always cold on those warm summer nights. Thanks for being awesome Nanabettes!"

"My daughter ordered a ice cream cone the lady took her money and proceeded to make her cone. I asked wasn't it nessarsary to wash her hands before handling food. She said no, So I asked for the manger. Alex the manager told me it was perfectly fine that she did what she did. I asked for money back. He refused. He also refused to make another cone. I'm a Reidsville native and never have I received such nasty customer service."
