"DO NOT OFFER CURBSIDE SERVICE IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE CUSTOMERS WAIT IN THEIR VEHICLE FOR 50 MINUTES TO BRING IT OUT! While it may seem that everyone has gotten to go back to living a normal life, there are still families out there that are tasked with caring for sick, immunocompromised, loved ones and still must take extreme caution with ALL pathogens. Those are the families who are still relying curbside service if they want to enjoy food from a restaurant. Don 't makethem wait 50 MINUTES and call 50 TIMES, because your line is always busy!!! Disclaimer: I have a special-needs, severely immunocompromised, toddler. This experience was too horrible to just let slide. We ordered online at around 4:30 andselected 5:30 as our desired pick-up time. We even pre-paid a tip. I got there at 5:40 and had to call four times to get through. The person who answered kind of laughed when I gave the name for my order, then hesitated like something waswrong, and then told me she 'll get it together and have it out to me Soon . When I inquired what Soon meant she just said she would have it out as soon as possible. 20 minutes later I start calling again but my calls never go through asthe phone line was always busy. I had to redial the number 46 times over the next 28 minutes to finally get through to ask if they forgot about me, to which they told me they would be right out. Almost five minutes later they brought outmy order a little after 6:30, AN HOUR LATE! I just wanted to run inside and get our order, but I can 't because I have to take extreme care not to bring home pathogens that could make our toddler ill, and with the high case count of Covidat the moment, that means I can?t even take the smallest of chances. I finally had to call my mother-in-law and ask her to drive over to get our food. She showed up right as our food finally came out. To make matters worse, she wentinside to talk to management about this experience and they reassured her they would r"

"The menu offers an abundance of choices, perhaps even too many. However, if you're in search of a classic Italian restaurant that combines delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere, and a great vibe, this is the place to go. Unlike large chains like Olive Garden or The Old Spaghetti Factory, Ernesto's brings a unique charm and has to compete with those establishments. An added bonus is that every order comes with unlimited focaccia bread. However, there’s a downside: the bread is served plain, without any dips or butter. While some may argue that it doesn’t need extra fat, the focaccia could be a bit dry without any accompaniments. I ordered a bowl of marinara sauce, which was delicious, but it came at an additional cost of $3. Additionally, I found some discrepancies in the menu prices. I ordered ravioli and spaghetti, while my wife opted for chicken Alfredo. According to the paper menu, her dish should have been $19, but the bill showed $20 each. While this may seem like a minor issue, it’s not very customer-friendly and makes me hesitant to return. Even if the menu prices were adjusted to include a soup or salad for $19, I believe that price could be justified. The ambiance is reminiscent of a classic Italian restaurant, which many chain establishments fail to capture. If you enjoy Italian cuisine, it's definitely worth a visit. Just keep in mind that it’s not the cheapest option. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was good, and the atmosphere was unique, though the location is somewhat out of the way. Consider giving it a try if you wish!"

"Out of all the Pizza Pluss' I've been to, I was surprised how homely this particular one felt. The Restaurant was nice and spacious to say the least. There were two separate dinning rooms, with the one in the back having a mini arcade and dispenser machines you put the quarters in. I came here with my best friend and his son, and the waitress (Who regrettably I didn't get the name of to properly credit them) was more than happy to accommodate our needs. She was very attentive with making sure we had plenty to drink in our glasses and was very polite. My friend's son can be very noisy and disruptive, but the staff paid the little guy no mind. The restaurant over all was very clean and had the atmosphere you'd expect from a Pizza Place. While it's not a name brand like Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Hut, Pizza Plus as a whole is a pizza place you should try if you haven't already. Their food is delicious and good for the money. Dimmy's giving this Pizza Plus 5 stars out of 5 stars! EDIT: 9/1/2024 I ordered my pizza at 8:29 PM Today on 9/1/2024 for me and my Husband. It was not until 9:20 PM that I finally got my Pizza. 51 MINUTES! They had ONE DRIVER and she had 3 orders to deliver to including my own. I had to call the store to ask where was my Pizza. You should never have to do that. I was actually getting worried my Pizza would not make it to me fresh. As for the condition of the Pizza... It was hot but not really fresh but see for yourself. My Husband said it was Passable at best. Not to mention this was his first Pizza Plus Pizza. Not the normal Pizza Plus quality I normally get. My husbands said among the worst pizza he's had. I called the manager saying I want a refund. Long story short, I didn't get a refund but a credit on my next pizza I order there. This pizza cost me like $15. If you have a staffing issue hire more people. Don't lowered the quality bar. Lack of staff and delivery drivers is a Management issue. NOT a customer issue. This isn't the COVID-19 Outbreak of 2020 anymore. That excuse don't cut it anymore. EDIT: 11/13/24. NEVER Ordering from here again. I made order at 8:42 PM. Said I want it hot fresh and here as fast as possible. It's 9:36 PM and NO PIZZA! They close at 10PM! I tried calling them TWICE to cancel my order and NO ONES THERE! I just got scammed! At 9:38 PM, the driver arrived. I said you can take that back, I said fast and fresh. It's been over 48 minutes and shut the door on her angrily. I demand a refund. $15 for this pizza. I'm glad I left you no tip! Me and my husband were starving and you wasted our time! I can't get through to demand a refund via phone. Now I'm exercising my status as a Level 8 Local Guide to give you a well earned 1 our of 5 stars. This place SUCKS!"
