"I have years ordering from this restaurant and the last three times, they have been messing up my orders. Not only was I craving my all time favorite Al pastor tacos with sour cream and a passion fruit slushee but paid 41 dollars to get no sour cream in my tacos and were cold because they arrived 1.5 hours late and to top it off, pieces of white Little Rocks were inside my drink. Disgusting!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! I’m upset because now I’m going to have to stop ordering from what use to be one of my favorite go to fast tacos to eat."

"Good and not so good at this place. Have a thing with washing my hands before I eat. No public restrooms. I was with 3 other adults and a child. Food didn’t come out all at once so we ate at different times. It was good. All of us really liked the food. The prices were actually high. Probably one of the most expensive Mexican restaurant I’ve went to. Service was good and the people were friendly."

"Delicious food! The tacos and street corn were fantastic. My friend loved his steak quesadilla. The service was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that when we arrived at 10:40 a.m. on a Sunday, they informed us they wouldn't open for another 20 minutes, even though Google states they're supposed to open at 10 a.m."

"Driest tacos Ive ever had, and half of the meat in the bistec taco was burnt. Al pastor taco had one since piece of pineapple. Tortillas seemed raw. Lime that came with the tacos was quite old and dry so I had to supplement my own (plus some sauce due to the bone dry meat in all 3 tacos). Onion cuts were very inconsistent (some huge pieces, some small), and the tomato in the guacamole was cut into chunks rather than diced small. Guac could have used more lime as well, and chips were not salted. Overall, Im baffled by the positive reviews. Everything that couldve went wrong with this order did."

"Really good and authentic spot. It's inside the supermarket, Fresco. I ordered the quesobirria tacos, but swapped it to Carne Asada. I like the Carne Asada meat better. It also comes with consome. The meat is really good. The tortilla is also crispy and has an amazing texture. Great cheese. Great flavor overall. I am not a big fan of birria, but swapping to asada makes it awesome because I like the crispy tortillas. I am not a big fan of consome, but it's pretty good here if you like that. The regular tacos were good. The meat was superb. I got pastor. One of the most savory and best pastor I have ever had. However, the tortillas felt a bit tough and was hard to chew. The tortillas were not great, but amazing meat."

"I absolutely adore their macaroni and cheese. My go-to is the vegetable mac and cheese, which includes mushrooms and broccoli with the option to add other ingredients. I love the mix of Parmesan and cheddar cheese. It is always freshly made and honestly the best baked mac and cheese I have ever had in the area. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"Sometimes in search of the authentic taco, you need to find in less than pristine hoods. Alegria Taco is located in one of these walking areas, where you don't want to walk at night. Alegria is located on the ground floor of a detached apartment complex and has no parking, nor has the restaurant seats. Is the risk for this devastating Barrio worth it, the answer is yes. For me it was something in the Taco season that made them special and I tried the chicken and the beef (the beef was the best). Also the Taco bowls are part soft part roasted crispy, which gives immediate texture and makes this “street” type of tacos worth visiting."

"The service was excellent, but the Al Pastor tacos had no flavor at all. Charging $4 for a taco that tastes like a 75-cent one is outrageous. I should have waited until I returned to Texas for some real tacos, as this was a disappointing experience overall. I never thought it was possible to have flavorless Al Pastor, but somehow they managed to do it."
