"I recently had the pleasure of ordering the Stuffed Crust Chicken Bacon Ranch and Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone from Simple Simon's via DoorDash, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! First off, the food was absolutely delicious. The stuffed crust was a game-changer, filled with gooey cheese, perfectly seasoned chicken, and crispy bacon. Each bite offered a delightful blend of flavors, while the ranch dressing added a creamy, tangy touch that enhanced the overall taste. The calzone was equally satisfying, generously filled with chicken, bacon, and ranch, all wrapped in a crust that could have been just a touch more golden and flaky. The DoorDash delivery service was exceptional. The driver assigned to my order was prompt and communicated effectively throughout the process, keeping me informed about when to expect my food. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Even more impressive was the driver’s willingness to answer a few unrelated questions I had about DoorDash. They took the time to address my inquiries and offered valuable insights, which made me feel more confident about using the service in the future. Their friendly demeanor and helpful nature were truly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Simple Simon's Stuffed Crust Chicken Bacon Ranch and Chicken Bacon Ranch Calzone. The combination of delicious flavors and the outstanding DoorDash delivery experience made this meal truly memorable. Kudos to DoorDash for providing such exceptional service, and a special shoutout to the driver who enhanced the entire experience. Four stars all around! After all, it is still Simple Simon’s!"

"The most poorly operated business I 've ever seen. I downloaded Yelp just to complain and I very rarely complain about anything in this life. (Paying with gift card) Strike one; ordered a pizza for carry out just to get there and have them tell me their card reader was broke. Luckily I had cash on me but you 'd think that is something to tell the customer on the phone, right? They said it 'd be fixed the following week. Strike two, it snows a little bit and they 're shut down for the whole day while all businesses surrounding them remain open. I coulda let that slide though. Strike 3; two weeks after they said the card reader would be fixed, I tried again with another carry out. Walking in, I got looks but no hello (not a biggie) showed the girl my gift card and she just said well I think it 's still broken. She made a very poor attempt to get it working and just said, sorry, you don 't have any other way to pay? The whole time the manager is standing two feet behind her looking around with her hands in her pockets. Never said a single word. The place was dead... she wasn 't busy. The issue might have been resolved had they tried a little harder. The gift card had a number on the back like any credit card. She could have at LEAST attempted to try that. Or maybe the manager could have gotten involved in the conversation just to make the customer THINK they tried. I didn 't have cash on me this time so I walked out with no pizza. I didn 't raise hell though because I realized that after strike one, I probably should have warned them I was coming in with a card. But that still shouldn 't be any excuse for a business."
