"As someone with Celiac disease, I was traveling through Bozeman on my way to Seattle and felt a bit uneasy about placing an order just 20 minutes before closing. To my delight, I found a fantastic variety of gluten-free options, and the food was made with great attention to detail. The staff demonstrated a strong understanding of cross-contamination concerns, provided gluten-free tamari sauce, and recognized that krab contains gluten. This restaurant is a true treasure! The poke and sushi were among the best I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Seven to anyone, and I really wish there was a location in Seattle!"
