"As I monitored the delivery, it became evident that the driver was heading in the opposite direction, driving miles away from us to fulfill other orders. In the meantime, our food was left sitting in the vehicle, growing cold and soggy. It finally arrived at 9:18 PM, which meant it had been sitting for 43 minutes. When I asked the driver if the food was still warm, he assured me it was, but unfortunately, it was cold.
This experience was truly disappointing! The pizza was cold and soggy, and I can only imagine how delicious it would have been if it hadn't been sitting in an air-conditioned vehicle for so long. Paying $80 for such low-quality food is unacceptable, especially when there are plenty of other delivery options available. I contacted Grubhub immediately and was offered just a $7 credit on my $80 order."
