"I’ve eaten here probably 5 or 6 times dining in. The food is always good but I had always been disappointed with portions and ratios. Like not enough hummus to eat the flatbread, etc. However we just got takeout during the coronavirus lockdown and the portions were gigantic! We had more hummus and flatbread than we knew what to do with There are not a lot of vegan options. Even the falafel has egg in it. But, this is Iowa so obviously we aren’t expecting Cafe Gratitude. The options available are delicious. Basically you’ve got pizza (choose your own toppings, vegan “cheese” is available if you’re into that sort of thing), salads, hummus, and pickled vegetables, all of which are fantastic. That’s not much but if you don’t go too often you can mix those options every time and not be disappointed."
