"We ordered a crab balls basket and Turkey and gravy meal the crab was fried, so dark and the french fries had so much seasoning all over them wasn’t worth 12 and the Turkey was sliced lunch meat from the deli it also wasn’t worth 13 trouble local restaurant. "Special ordered 150lbs of crawfish for a crawfish boil. Was assured they could get them (we usually order directly from LA) and figured why not? Support a local business.Confirmed this week they were coming for our 100 person crawfish boil tomorrow. Got a call at 630 tonight to let ys know that they weren 't coming in.I get that sh*t happens...but there was no sorry about this, lets help figure it out. No recommendations, no offer to sell us a replacement, nothing. Asked if they had shrimp in large quantity and was met w yeah, I guess... So we dropped $900 at a different local business who was willing to bend over backwards to accommodate us and help us in a pinch."
