"I am very satisfied with the kitchen staff and their prompt preparation of our meals. the food was wonderful and delicious. portions were more than enough. It started out well enough, but I was not impressed with the service. Firstly, the manager came to our table four or five times prior to our main course, interrupting our conversation to ask if we needed anything. There is a certain level of service that is appreciated, but he was trying too hard and I did not appreciate his need to interrupt. Good servers can tend to the table without announcing their presence. We were trying to have a good time and the server came by and kept asking Are you done with that? and taking away plates at a stellar rate, to which I had to reply, No, I am not. , fork in hand. Minutes later, the mains came and I wasn 't even done with the appetizer. They took it away and that was that. We had a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of still water on the table (both of which we paid $7 each for) absolutely absurd in my opinion and mid meal the server came and took away the half bottle of sparkling water. I had to ask for it back. How rude! and then to put it on the bill the audacity. The meal felt rushed overall. Finally when dessert was done, it took us over ten minutes to get someone 's attention and to ask for the bill. Toula has a lot of potential but the servers and the management on the floor are inexperienced. At that price point, I expect a more well trained professional staff."
