"I want to give a shout out to Los Jalapeños! We purchased a Groupon today and went in, but there was some confusion about how to redeem it. The staff informed us that they couldn’t honor it because they haven’t published Groupons in ten years. While this was frustrating, I spoke with the owner and expressed my concerns. Fortunately, we worked out a solution together. We both reached out to Groupon to address the issue, understanding that it wasn't fair for either the restaurant or the customers to be caught in the middle. In the end, they went above and beyond to make things right. The salad was delicious, and the drinks were enjoyable as well. Huge thanks to the manager, owner, and our wonderful waitress for their excellent service!"
