"The only man among them came forward briefly to get something but didn’t acknowledge me or the other customers. He then went behind the counter where the three women were busy with other tasks. After about five minutes, one of the women slowly walked to the register without apologizing or offering any greeting, only mumbling a "hello" before asking what I needed.
I mentioned I had an online order, and she spoke to the others behind the counter who confirmed it. She gestured for me to step aside, which I ignored. Eventually, another staff member came over, grabbed my order, handed me the bag, and quickly left.
I ended up leaving without tipping, and I've decided never to spend another dollar there. This experience serves as a reminder that I definitely don’t need the extra calories!"
