Wagyu A5 Striploin: A small 4 oz piece, but packed with a lot of fatty flavor and a melt in your mouth texture. Wagyu Tenderloin: Nice and tender with good flavor. Mac and Cheese: Kind of average. Aioli Toasted Asparagus: Pairs well with the steaks. Pommes Frites: A sensational taste experience. Layered potatoes with a flaky outside texture and buttery soft inside. Mind blowing.
