"After moving from Dallas TX, my husband and I are looking for a restaurant that offers this level of food and service. We visited last night for the first time (also celebrate our 19-year anniversary), and we could not have been happier. The menu is absolutely wonderful and well thought out. I ordered the Filet mignon w Oscar style and it was perfectly grilled. My husband had also prepared the rare tuna perfectly. The wine list is thoughtful and the entire ambience is beautiful. I am excited to go back to try many other menu items. The freshest ingredients and a highly qualified cook/sous cook make this restaurant my new favorite! And our server was very attentive, professional and as sweet as possible. Thanks for a nice evening!"

"We celebrated a friend's birthday at this restaurant, and I absolutely loved the penne rosa and the lemon cake they graciously offered us for the occasion. Our server was really sweet; she checked on us frequently throughout the night, and our orders were prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant has a cozy and chic atmosphere. I recommend making a reservation beforehand, as I've tried to dine here twice before but couldn't because it gets very busy during dinner. As for parking, there’s a lot of free space right in front of the restaurant. It’s also kid-friendly; I saw families dining with young children, and they were provided with high chairs and seemed to be having a great time."

"I went to a restaurant over Valentine's Day weekend after having trouble finding a table at other places. They had a special offer of 2 appetizers, 2 salads, 2 entrees, and a dessert for $150, which was a fantastic deal. The highlight of our visit was our server, Cara, who gave us outstanding service and made us feel genuinely looked after. Even though the restaurant was busy, she went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable dining experience."

"anwesen garten und grill restaurant lic on Saturday evening, 23 september 2017, we met our brother at 19:15 o'clock, after our reservation of 9/16/17 and confirmation of 9/22/17. we wanted to treat her for birthday. we said there was a high time somewhere in the building and that no food could be served until 20:30. there would be sushi. we explained that we had reservations, were never contacted about the reservations that were not honored and that were missing from dinner. we said that we had traveled an hour with the train, had walked half a mile and were seniors. No one really took care, especially the manager behind the bar. the personal was not helpful when looking for another restaurant, also the other restaurant in the building/hotel. we searched online, took a taxi to vernon blvd. and found a place to eat. we will never return to this glimpse for a restaurant. dbs and rig"

"I have to say, Sumo Sushi is my absolute FAVORITE sushi place I've ever been to. I tried a bunch of different sushi places in Philly, some in New York, some in other states, but Sumo Sushi is still my favorite. I ate here often when I lived in Philly and I miss it so much now that I'm far away! I think of this place, the food, and the employees often... Such amazingly delicious sushi, they have good prices, and the people who work here are SO NICE!! I miss it so much and I try to go every time I visit Philly. I always order salmon sashimi, a spicy tuna roll, and I switch up the other rolls each time I go. : To the people who work here, thanks, and keep up the good work!! ?"

"5 people for a business meeting that we welcomed from a wonderful energetic and knowledgeable server, order grandiose wein, appetizers consisted of a large salate, Spanish oysters and incredibly delicate oktopus. she was a price repair offer for Greek week, but we chose individual entrees. lamb chop, whistle, chicken, lobster ravioli fill the table as well as dirty lobster (covered lobster pasta). I would be left behind if I didn't mention the hummus that is handmade and delicious. we'll be back soon."

"We ate here with our kids and had a nice meal. Children had a buffet for them that worked out great and. Ore high-end restaurants should obey this call. $ 15 apiece, but lots of options kids love, plus desserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a little over the top and tasteless. My wife had the fillet that was served over a zucchini and pumpkin tomato vegetable which really didn't go very well with it. Read reviews and told page of Russell sprouts got roasted but they arrived steamed and tasteless again. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. We ate at the Pacific Grille the night before and the food was much tastier."

"Stopped in here for lunch. They have a great lunch special. The meatballs were amazing and the hero sandwich was too. Our server was great and just the right amount of attentive. I enjoyed their music selection as well. The only complaint, if you can call it that, was the hard chair. Would definitely not stop me from going there again. Excellent experience!"

"Made a reservation for two for on Valentines Day but upon arriving was told we will still have to wait for a table since there were no “tables for two” available. I sat for minutes waiting for our reservation while half the restaurant had empty tables. The hostess explained she cannot seat two people at a table for five. So we watched larger parties sit ahead of us despite having a reservation. I am eight months pregnant and was dining with my eight year old daughter so getting a drink at the bar as the hostess suggested was not an option either. Then waited to be greeted and get drinks for a little bit longer than usual. Food was good, server seemed new but tried hard nonetheless and was great with my daughter. I will not be recommending White Horse to others as I thought it was very rude and unprofessional to keep us waiting for a table for so long when you knew you had tables for two booked in advance. Did not feel accommodated being told I can go to the bar with a pregnant belly and a small child. Disappointing Valentine’s Day experience, especially for the price"
