"Once inside, we spoke to what appeared to be a table coordinator. She moved us to the front of another queue, informing those who had been waiting that we had priority due to our reservation. This understandably upset the people who had been in line without reservations. The organization was lacking, as we ended up waiting another 10 to 15 minutes for a table to become available, despite seeing many people leaving from a busy area further back. When we pointed this out, the coordinator seemed confused and didn’t grasp our suggestion that we should check for available tables down there. I asked if we could inquire about those tables, but she insisted she would be informed via her radio when there was space—whatever that meant. I couldn’t help but wonder why they allowed reservations if there were no available tables and why people without reservations were allowed to queue, potentially taking reserved tables. The coordinator had no answers and simply shrugged, saying she didn't know. Additionally, no one checked our reservation, so we could have easily claimed we had booked without consequence. It felt rather chaotic, but we finally managed to snag a small table on the left. A waitress approached us—she was polite and friendly—but she kept getting distracted, shouting orders to other staff about food being taken to the wrong tables. It was quite noisy, with a lot of shouting, but the restaurant still managed to have a lively atmosphere. As for the food, we ordered a variety: Hennessey chicken wings, sticky boneless wings, spicy wings, pulled pork burgers cooked well, and brisket burgers cooked medium-well. The portions were generous, and everything tasted good, although the brisket burgers were a bit more rare than medium-well. We couldn't finish everything and took the leftovers in boxes to give to people in need on the streets. Overall, the experience was decent. The prices were reasonable, and the portions generous—consider sharing if you go! The frozen drinks were delicious, but the reservation system and general organization at the entrance definitely need improvement."

"IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT GO! not sure if everyone there has the same mindset there but I would definitely not recommend. I WAS DEFINITELY RACIALLY PROFILED AND ASKED TO GET THE F OUT after spending my hard worked money. I PURCHASED TWO WHITE CLAWS AND IM ASSUMING SINCE IM BLACK SHE THOUGHT I WAS TRYING TO GET OVER BY BUYING TWO DRINKS AND GIVING THE OTHER TO MY FRIEND WHO IS 3 YEARS OLDER THAN ME WHO DOES 'NT DRINK ALCHOL AT ALL) without her seeing their ID . I approached my seat and I asked my friend what if I open the both just because the look she was giving me when I said they was both mines. Then the employee goes we have a problem .. I say if theres a problem I would let you know .. she then goes well I have a problem get the f out . After being asked to get the f out I said no I did nothing wrong.. want me out , make me or call the police . I say call the police because being rudely asked to get out after not even sitting for 15 minutes with my food is 'nt fair she attempted to kick me out and I did no harm TO ANYONE OR ANYTHING IN THE ESTABLISHMENT) the worker then called the police. Obviously told them lies because when they arrived they came with two vans and between 4-6 police for just one black woman . I then asked whats the story she told them because I felt scared that there was too many of them. The police then told me that she said it was an argument between you two . I never engaged in an argument but I left, this is my community no matter my skin or ethnicity I want to be treated fair."
