"Was staying at the Hampton 2 minutes away for work so we thought we 'd try it out since it 's close to the hotel. I ordered the cheesesteak clazone, and while I was there picking it up I seen they had pastries at the counter. The raspberry coffee cake looked really good so I got a piece of that as well. The food didn 't take long to prepare, which was about the only good thing about the whole experience. By the time we got back to the hotel (which is about 2 minutes away from the restaurant) my calzone was a greasy, soggy blob. I only ate a little bit of the bread from around the edge of it because the rest of it was soggy and falling apart whenever I went to pick it up. The menu for the restaurant states we make our calmness how they make them in italy . I 've never been to Italy or had an authentic calzone, but I can assure you, that isn 't how they make them in Italy. I sat the calzone aside and decided to give the coffee cake a try because at least it looked good. Once again I was mistaken. It was as hard as a rock. I couldn 't put a fork or a knife through it, I had to pick it up and break in into pieces with my hands. The taste wasn 't bad, but it was more stale than week old bread. Worst coffee cake I 've ever had. I 'm pretty sure at least that had been sitting in the display case on the counter for quite a while. This is definitely the last time I 'll be wasting money at this place. If you want good pizza/pizza like food you 're better off getting Dominoes or Papa John 's. I don 't know why I expected so much more from a restaurant that 's crammed in to the back side of a vape shop, so I guess the joke is on me. I highly recommend going anywhere else if you 're in the area. I would have given it 1 star, but the lady at the counter was nice and the food was done quick, so that 's gotta count for something right?"

"Amazing little restaurant full of fantastic people and incredible food! I 've only been here one time, but I can 't say enough good things about this restaurant and their staff. We are a couple of guys, members of a race team stuck in our 18-wheeler race car hauler at the TA truck stop just off I-70. We stopped here because they supposedly had an Iron Skillet Restaurant but that is closed because of covid. The last thing we wanted was another fast food meal. We looked on Google for a good sit-down restaurant and found Tony 's. Looked like they had great reviews. Called them to make sure they were actually open and they confirmed that they were open for dine-in until 9. I said that 's great, I 'll get a ride with Uber and be over there shortly . They said there is no Uber service here. Then offered to have their delivery driver come pick us up and take us to the restaurant, and then bring us back to our truck. I was floored! That is customer service! We asked him to pick us up at 7 and he was here at 7 on the DOT. Took us over to the restaurant where we had fantastic dinners and a couple of drinks. I had the sirloin which was cooked perfectly medium rare. Baked potato and green beans. Also cooked perfectly, I could drink the green bean juice it was so good. The salad that came with our meal was amazing. Not any salad out of a bag either, fresh chopped and diced ingredients. Cucumber, onion, tomato, real lettuce, not iceberg. We had the stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer, they are stuffed with cream cheese and fried in a light crispy batter. Get the Texas ranch, you won 't be disappointed. This advice is coming from a true Texan by the way. The service was fantastic, the place was clean, even the restrooms. We had a great time chatting with the servers, bartender and everyone there. Even the customers were a great crowd. If I could give this place six stars I would. Every time I pass through Ohio, I will make sure to stop at Tony 's!"

"The auburn in fastrac used to be my go to gas station because of how nice the gas station is and how large their selection is, and because of the excellent associates they employ. I can?t say that is true anymore after the appalling experience my husband and I had with an employee Suzanne S according to her name tag where she refused to process his payment because of a relationship they had NINE YEARS ago. He did not speak to her or recognize her prior to the interaction because of just how long he had gone without seeing her. She not only refused to sell us something based on personal bias regardless of her position as a paid employee of this facility, she had the audacity and lack of professionalism to curse at him and told him to ?get out of [her] f ing store?. When I went in to purchase the cell phone charger that I needed, she was on her cell phone cursing about running into ?that f er,? forcing an older gentleman to wait for service instead of putting her feelings aside and doing her job, and when I confronted her about their interaction and told her how unprofessional it was, she told me that I could talk to her manager because she didn?t f ing care what I had to say. I was not only surprised that someone would allow their personal life to interfere with doing their job, but that her place of employment wouldn?t care how unacceptable and appalling her actions were. No matter how nice a gas station is, the top factor in customer retention especially when there are PLENTY of alternate options is associates who are helpful, friendly, and professional. Apparently this gas station does not value their customers or their money as reflected by this heinous customer service experience. My advice would be to go to any of the other options in the area one with employees who understand how to do their jobs."
