"For our meals, we enjoyed the lox and bagel, which was served with a fresh salad and plenty of capers, and the eggs Benedict with lobster—both were truly outstanding! When you visit, be sure to say hello to Hector and Taryn; they were incredibly friendly and offered excellent recommendations. The whole staff was welcoming and attentive. I will definitely be returning! A big thanks to the Eagles for leading us to this gem after their show at the forum. A tip for future diners: arrive before 11:00 AM, as it gets quite busy, but no worries—the staff is more than adequate to handle the crowd!"

"It was a lovely day, so we sat outside. The area is nice. They have a charming turtle pool (yes, turtles swimming and sunning) right by the restaurant. The food was okay. We have only eaten there once, so... Like many restaurants, they gave us too much food, and way too many potatoes (which weren't good, anyway). I think we, in America, are wasteful. They threw away so many potatoes that none of us ate! In other states, the amount of food is even more. We had a wonderful server. Parking: It's in an outdoor shopping center, though the stores are spread out more and it's very nice."

"We had a pleasant dinner experience at this restaurant with good service. I ordered a medium NY Strip steak, which came out rarer than expected but I actually prefer it that way. However, the meat was tough and difficult to cut, with a lot of gristle. My wife enjoyed her salmon and Moscow Mule, while I liked my Old Fashioned. The Chocolate Lava cake was delicious! Unfortunately, the booth we were seated in had a worn and cracked cushion, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, this restaurant is a good choice for a casual meal on a weekend night, but I would not recommend it for a special occasion like a 20th wedding anniversary dinner."

"My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate his birthday. We were greeted right away upon entering and seated within a minute. Our server, Angela, was outstanding and recommended dishes while explaining the menu items. We tried the escargot, mussels, and a dish similar to a chicken pot pie - all of which were delicious! We will definitely be returning again."

"We have been coming to this establishment since it opened. When we arrived we were not seated on time because someone was occupying the table we had requested. We had to wait at the bar for over an hour. As it turned out, the waiter had not picked up the check from the table and that is why the person sitting there had not left. The manager would not allow us to sit at another table claiming it was reserved when she had just told us that the table selection was on a first come first served basis. We were not impressed with the new manager and her decision making skills. Overall not a good experience. We won't be coming back."

"When we arrived we were told our table was being cleaned and would be just a few more minutes. In reality, they had overlooked our reservation, which we later found out when they came to the table and asked for our name and reservation for a third time. Food was not very good. I ordered the tilapia (fish of the day) it came out fried, not blackened as advertised. No offer to remake. My husband ordered a burger, but got chicken. The waiter offered to take it back, but told him it would probably take a while and didn't know of he'd want to wait. Also forgot my salad and had to get it taken off the ticket. Probably won't be going back after this experience, which is a disappointment, because this was one of my favorite restaurants when we were here a couple years ago."

"Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience and I’m afraid it may have gone downhill. We had a 4 pm reservation. Were sat down immediately but no one came to say hello or take our drink order for about 20 minutes. Finally, a waitress stopped and asked if we had been helped and said she would wait on us. The entire meal was SLOW. Over 45 minutes for food. The steak salad was a fraction of the size it once was for quite the price increase (completely understand food prices have increased because of inflation but it was very disappointing). I don’t think we will be back soon."

"We came here for the very first time, to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated quickly and service was immediate. They were very attentive. I had the prime rib and the Mr. had a rib eye. Both meals were excellent. We have lived in the IE for 19 years and never ate here, until now. I have a feeling it will become one of our favorites."

"We arrived and got seated, our server delivered the complimentary hush puppies to our table, (they weee dry as toast) she took our drink order asked if we wanted coleslaw, this is delivered to enjoy WITH your hush puppies. Our drinks arrived but no coleslaw. When she came back with our drinks I asked about the coleslaw and she replied she forgot because they didn’t have any clean bowls , ok so now she takes our dinner order, I want to mention that getting seated around us were 4 tables, these people arrived AFTER we placed our dinner order, 3 4 top tables and a 6 top table, now here is the really disappointing part, All 4 tables arrived, got served their dinners and 2 of the tables finished dinner and we still had not received any food, finally our food arrived, we ordered more drinks and finished our food, our friends asked for a to go box for the left over meal items and again we wait and wait and finally I asked another server for the to go box so we could box our stuff up and go. Dinner for 4 people was $200. We enjoyed the beer and wine, the food and service was subpar at best, i said something to a manager as we were leaving only to be lectured that I should have said something earlier and she could have fixed it. We gave enjoyed Catfish Dewey’s for over 7 years now to not return again. Extremely disappointed"

"I am unable to rate this restaurant because they canceled my reservation ‘due to a private party’. I think it is extremely rude of a restaurant to cancel reservations for this reason. I had planned a special occasion dinner here because I have dined here before, so it was very inconvenient to be cancelled out To make matters worse, the restaurant did not inform Open Table of their cancellation, with the result I kept receiving text reminders from OT about my upcoming reservation. I was very frustrated that I had to call the restaurant (and you might know what a run around this is in a resort restaurant) to verify that I had indeed been cancelled Needless to say I will not be making a future reservation at Rivera at Delano. I hope their ‘private party’ was worth all the lost business and bad karma from would-be diners that evening"

"Our waiter was a friendly and attentive young man who had a great understanding of the menu and helped us choose our appetizers. My husband always goes for the wood-fired pig pizza, which is his absolute favorite. My daughter polished off her entire burger—she loved it! As for my black and blue pizza, it was good but a bit rich for my taste; it could have used a bit of acidity. The balsamic vinegar, while delicious, added to the richness instead of offering a balancing flavor. Next time, we’ll definitely ask for extra lemon to cut through that richness, especially with the shrimp and crab cocktail that was fantastic, though slightly on the sweet side (we prefer salty and sour!). I adored the red onions and generous chunks of avocado and cucumber alongside the shrimp. We were so full that we didn't have any room left to sample the enticing desserts coming from the kitchen. I recommend sharing dishes so everyone can try a variety of options! Thanks for a wonderful brunch experience!"

"visit denali and stay in the denali prinzessin wildnis lodge (different review). the king laughs restaurant was good. ask for a table with a view! started with the heathberry mojito. the first had much too much ice and not enough to drink. the second, I asked for less ice and it was much better. needed more blueberries. I had the green salad that was good, but a little sweet. too many craisins and the lingonberry dressing was sweet. but it was good. my daughter had the Caesar salad, the dressing was very licking (what we like). had the crab, the garnel and the fish crashed it well, but had large pieces of seafood. I think it would have been better mixed a little more so that the aromen had a chance to melt. I had the skalopp and goat cheese “Caprese” (see photo). the skalopps were very good, but I couldn't call it a kaprese. my daughter got the salmon hunt that was good. the service was good. a little expensive."
