"The quality of food and service has gone down hill terribly. This is not the first time they charged for food they did not include, veal chop. This time however the person on the phone was terribly rude. They knew they left the food out and said they were too busy to deliver it…. That we needed to come pick it up across town. After telling her that is not right, it was their mistake and the family was sitting down and eating. The only option the girl gave me on the phone was to refund my money. Sadly this used to be a great restaurant but not the first time. The other times it was apps and we let it go. This time it was one of their most expensive dishes on the menu. Sadly one of us did not get dinner tonight."
