"I want to start by saying that the food at this restaurant is deserving of at least four stars. However, the service and wait time for food is a different story. I had made reservations for inside seating in case of bad weather, but the weather turned out to be great and the outdoor area was packed. This meant we were seated at a cramped table for two inside, even though the table next to us remained unoccupied. Our server was friendly, but forgot to mention some of the specials and brought us the wrong appetizer. The food took a long time to arrive, especially our entrees. We overheard another table complaining about the same issue. Despite the delays, the food was very good, particularly the homemade pastas. The menu included appetizers such as eggplant croquettes, grilled artichoke salad, and cannellini beans, as well as entrees like gnocchi and fresh pasta with zucchini and chopped shrimp. For dessert, there were options like biscotti and Italian cheesecake. Overall, the restaurant is a neighborhood gem worth visiting, but be prepared for a wait and some hiccups in service. I would personally think twice about going on a busy Friday or Saturday evening."
