"I ordered a chicken feta salad, picked it up and found out that they left off the feta when I got home. I called and they offered to allow me to DRIVE back so they could throw some feta on my salad. ummmmm, no. When I complained, they said they would give me a credit. Okay, fine, seemed fair. I am a rewards member, or I was, so I expected to see the credit on my account. The following Wednesday, as per our custom, I was ordering our weekly easy takeout meal and noticed that the credit was not on my account. Given what good customers we are, frequent orders that always include a 20% tip for takeout, I assumed this was a mistake. The person who answered the phone consulted their manager and told me they would give me a five dollar credit because that was waaaaaayyyy more than what feta costs. Hmmmmm, actually, not. As a rewards member I know that I have spent about $1000 there in the last six months. Yeah, the food is decent and easy enough, when they include all of the ingredients. So given that I will never frequent their shop again, I estimate that this particular feta cost them a few thousand dollars over the next few years. Terrible customer service. ps, the chicken was dry as well and the garlic bread was burnt oh and did I mention I tipped 20% wow FYI DOVER location."
