"Cosettas used to be a very nice place, with very professional employees, workers, staff. After today, with subpar and unprofessional staff, I no longer feel it is safe to EVEN eat the food here. When the owner doesn 't care who is preparing food, cashiering etc... it 's time to stop eating there. It WAS that bad today and I 'm done. Cossettas is now closer to bottom of the barrel when it used to be very good. Eat at Cossettas and risk a case of diarrhea, or worse. These staff remind me of people that don 't wash their hands."

"The food was really good, albeit a bit pricey. I expected that. I will definitely return. The only reason I am deducting a star is because some of the staff were rude (not all of them, but the server who gave me soup today and the pizza lady were both unfriendly). Additionally, I was asked to move to a different table three times for various reasons. It would have been more courteous for the staff to either wait until I was finished or close off the table they wanted to clear (both times it was within my sight). There was no legitimate reason to inconvenience us three times, as we were not blocking any exits. The table was set by the same people who manage the restaurant, so we didn't move any furniture. Aside from that, the food was really delicious. I had a delightful carrot cake and a slice of pepperoni pizza that was some of the best in the city. However, they definitely need to improve their customer service."
