"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It seems to mainly attract Canadian customers. I ordered the fish and chips, but the batter was excessively greasy. The portion sizes were some of the smallest I've seen anywhere in the world. My wife's chicken was served icy cold, which suggested it hadn’t been thawed properly. They make a big deal about serving all-natural food, but that seems hard to believe. After two disappointing visits in a row, I have no intention of returning. Additionally, they don’t allow any substitutions and were quite rude when I asked about it. This leads me to believe that most of their food is pre-prepared and likely frozen."
