Unfortunately, the dining area had a rather dreary atmosphere—possibly due to ongoing construction? The counter staff wasn't rude, but she didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about her job. Furthermore, the tables needed cleaning, and the trash bins were overflowing. A bit of basic maintenance could greatly enhance the overall experience."
