"I ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day and added the chocolate truffles. When the order was delivered there were no truffles. The dasher attempted to show the store but they were rude and told her that it wasnt included in the order despite her trying to show them. I placed 2 orders and the second one was correct thank god. Cannot call the store the phone number does not work. Now I sent my mom flowers and no chocolate like I paid to do. At least look at your orders and make sure theyre correct especially on popular holidays. Also dont be rude when someone is trying to help you fix what is obviously a mistake on your end. Big blooper on Mothers Day. Wont shop again."

"Looks nothing like the picture. Maybe it was the end of the day but the flowers were disappointingly presented and not fresh. Stems were not trimmed and some flowers varied from not at all bloomed to petals falling off. I wouldve been better off going to Whole Foods or Publix and wouldve spent half as much too. Sad."
