"As more customers arrived, it seemed like they were all regulars who knew the staff by name, while we sat there unnoticed. Everyone else who came in after us was greeted warmly and received their food quickly. We waited for another 45 minutes (a total of 65 minutes) before they announced they were out of spaghetti. Yet, we still hadn’t been served, even though others who had ordered after us had eaten and left.
At that point, my dad got up and said he was done and just needed to pay for our drinks. A waitress named Stormy became upset and started yelling at us. I ended up walking out. Overall, the service was terrible. I guess if you’re a regular there, you might have a better experience, but for anyone else, I would not recommend this place."
