"This place is always fun and entertaining. We always choose to sit for the teppanyaki grill. Entertainment is always an ice breaker especially when sitting with strangers. The very first time I ate at benihana's was in California during a school trip back in 1999. I was impressed with all the celebrities on their wall. I thought wow how cool would it be to see a celebrity while I was dining there but no such luck. The next time I dined at Benihana's was in Las Vegas. The ambiance and the decorations was eye-catching and I remember using a flash disposable camera to take pictures. Hahaha ... I should dig these pics up and share them here. Awe the memories. We had a chef that was new to the grill and shared his story that he started out ad a dishwasher, then prep, and then line cook and now he's on the floor cooking for customers. We clapped for him and we wished him the best as he continues to gain experience. He does have dreams but I will keep them to myself because saying something might cause a problem for him. I will respect him this way because I want him to succeed. I dine here maybe 3 times a year ... one for my birthday ???? because they offer a birthday coupon. The other 2 is unplanned with friends or just because. Lunch was delicious ????. I ordered from the lunch menu. The duet where you choose 2 items and I chose yakisoba and julienne steak with chicken fried rice. ???? Happy dining ????"

"This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best Mexican eateries in Renton. I've ordered from here multiple times, and I'm a huge fan of their Monster quesadillas. Tonight, we tried the Taco box, and I was very impressed—it was delicious! We’ve had a similar taco box from another place, but I have to say I prefer this one. My only critique is that I wish it included more beans and rice, as well as extra hot sauce. Thankfully, this meal can easily feed three people, leaving some leftovers. If we were serving more guests, I would definitely opt for extra sides and hot sauce. And I really enjoyed the added jalapeños! They had a nice kick but were absolutely delightful."

"The food arrived hot and tasty. The description of the Pan con carne was somewhat misleading; it sounded like it would be a Cubano, but it only came with pork. Nonetheless, it was still delicious. The empanadas were large, but they had very little filling. Still, they were enjoyable."

"I’m really disappointed. I spent almost $70 on overcooked steaks and steamed rice, and I waited nearly two hours for this letdown. I’ll definitely be more cautious when ordering my meal next time."

"The highlight of the Teriyaki Steak bowl was definitely the sauce and rice, which is disappointing considering the price I paid. The portion was quite small, more like a child's serving. Additionally, the steak was overcooked. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I didn’t bother to complain, but I certainly won’t be ordering from there again."

"Terrible food with no flavor, and it took 2 hours to arrive. I ordered miso soup, which was just tofu in a bland broth, and I only received chopsticks in the bag. The shrimp fried rice contained just one shrimp, chopped into tiny pieces. Save your money and time."

"I absolutely love getting pizza here. Singas has the best pizzas and they have a great special. You get a free cheese pizza when you purchase any 2 pizzas with toppings. The pizza is always made fresh to order which is awesome because you know it hasn't been laying around collecting bacteria. The toppings are delicious and the crust of the pizza is so yummy! "We had such an amazing time every time we go to Benihana! One of our fav spots in Santa Monica for Japanese food. My husband, after spending over 4 years stationed in Japan, ended up developing this addiction for Japanese food, now I think I'm on the same boat : ..... the Chief here, is always on those little details that make the perfect dinner. Our shrimps, sushi, lobster, all of our dishes are always amazing... the taste, the flavor, the ingredients been used here, you can feel the freshness in your mouth, makes my mouth watery just by thinking about it. The environment is also a plus, the place is clean, fresh, plenty of space to sit be in private with your friends family. For all Japanese food lovers out there, this is the place to stop by when you're in Santa Monica. Highly recommended!"

"I ordered the spicy chicken dumplings and shrimp fried rice. Although the menu looked impressive, I couldn't find any reviews, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I'm not sure why it’s not listed under Benihana, but that’s the place, or at least that’s the name on the delivery bag. The food was tasty, delicious, clean, and fresh, with all the characteristics of the authentic dish. You won’t be disappointed!"

"As other reviews have mentioned, the portion sizes are very small. If you want fried rice, I recommend ordering the largest portion available. It's really tasty, but the single portion is only about three bites. The mushroom soup, on the other hand, was just brown, salty water with no onions or mushrooms in it at all."
