"I have been ordering from China delight for over 10 years!!! Starting in winter 2021 I noticed that their food Started to taste a little bit different. And that's when everything started going downhill. I live right down the street right there near Porter and my food started getting delivered very cold. They also started forgetting items in my order and when I would call back they would say ooh the driver can't come back they will give me a credit for next time. The next time came like a week later and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then i can ok fine I'll still order, in that same day I order and OMG The food was beyond disgusting it tasted like cardboard I called Dawn to let them know that they can come pick up their food and I would like a refund Tom told me he can't do refunds because he is not the manager or the owner and that all he can offer me is five dollars I said that was unacceptable because I spent a large amount of money on this order so I will just call back I've been calling for the past week and a half and finally today which is the 24th on Monday some other gentleman picked up and he hung up on me when I asked for manager or the owner so I called back and he started yelling at me saying that they were no longer take my order I asked them why is it because they messed up and I would like my money back I have yet to receive my money and they are telling the bank that I authorize this which I did but service in the food was not good so I would like my money back please stay far very far away from this restaurant. We did not eat the food!"
